We are looking for a PHP/Wordpress developer who wants to make a difference by joining a growing fintech company whose mission is to help Canadians make better financial decisions.
We need a front-end developer to develop new features and ensure that Hardbacon.ca can continue to perform at any level of traffic (we already reach more than 200,000 uniques per month). That's why we're looking for a developer who is willing to join us full-time remotely or in-person to take on the challenges ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of our CTO, work on Hardbacon's front-end
- Develop custom WordPress plugins
- Develop a new theme for Hardbacon.ca
- Develop our mobile and web applications in React and React Native.
- Maintain and improve our continuous integration pipelines
- Propose creative solutions within the scope of his duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of PHP
- Experience with one or more CMS such as Drupal or WordPress (preferably WordPress)
- Experience in React or React Native development
- Experience with SEO optimization
- Knowledgeable about security
- Located in the same time zone as Montreal for candidates from outside Quebec
